No Project Selected
Create a new project to begin entering construction selections, or select an existing project from the sidebar.
I understand that these pages of selections and additions are final. No changes shall be accepted without a Change Order fee, no exceptions. This fee is $250 for each change order or pricing request after the allocated change order fees and pricing requests given per contract have been used. If the item has already been ordered or made, then the requested change may not be agreed to by Builder. Builder reserves the right to (1) substitute like products in the event the chosen item is unavailable, (2) make necessary adjustments regarding structure, frame, concrete, windows, etc. due to architectural vs. real life conflicts. This is in conjunction with the New Home Purchase Contract and overrides any non-written or verbal agreement. I have reviewed all selections and acknowledge the Builder is not responsible if I/We do not like a selection once it is in the home — changes will be at My/Our expense.
